Supporting dataset for the following study:

Anaemia interventions for women of reproductive age: estimated unit costs in 193 countries.

Methods: A micro-costing approach was used to estimate unit costs (per recipient per year) for six anaemia prevention and treatment interventions in 193 countries using data from secondary sources. A healthcare sector perspective and 1-year timeframe were adopted. Cost categories for each intervention included the commodity, supply chain, service delivery and administrative program costs. Impacts of parameter uncertainty were explored in deterministic sensitivity analyses. Costs are presented in 2023 United States dollars (USD).
