Called variants of simulated dataset

These are the variant calls made by Mutect2, Strelka2 and FreeBayes both in tumour normal pairwise analysis as well as with the newly proposed joint analysis.

The dataset these were called on can be found on doi:
which also contains the truth set of variants contained in the alignment files.
