This data provides a breakdown of the embodied energy calculation of a range of common building construction assemblies. These include floor, wall and roof assemblies, predominately used in typical Australian residential construction.

Embodied energy coefficients from the EPiC Database (see References below) have been used to calculate assembly embodied energy values.

The Low Energy Building Assembly Selector tool may be useful for modelling the life cycle energy of a broader range of building assemblies (see References section below).
