Hybrid genome assemblies (Illumina + Nanopore) for nine Acinetobacter baumannii genomes isolated from three patients in the ICU of a Melbourne hospital. A1 and A23 are from two different patients, and the remaining samples come from a single patient. Genomes were assembled using Unicycler (https://github.com/rrwick/Unicycler), and annotated using RAST.

Eight of the genomes are completed assemblies with a chromosome and plasmid. A3 does not contain the plasmid. A23 was unable to be completely assembled, and is broken into 176 contigs.
