This dataset contains the pod5 data from an Oxford Nanopore Technologies sequencing run using an R10.4.1 flowcell (FLO-MIN114).
There may be pod5 files from multiple runs, but those in this archive are those deemed assigned to this sample from dorado sup basecalling demultiplexing. As such, no demultiplexing is required.
