Reference contigs for error rate estimation

These files contain the reference contigs used to estimate error rate in the assemblies.<div><br></div><div>They were made by assembling the Illumina reads using both Velvet and ABySS, keeping only 10 kbp or longer sequences which were in exact agreement.</div>
