Supplementary video S1: Major intramural arteries of the mouse urinary bladder

Cleared lower urinary tract from an adult C57Bl/6 female mouse, perfused intracardially with a DY649 conjugate of Tomato lectin, immunostained for vascular markers PECAM and PODXL and viewed with light sheet microscopy (Ultramicroscope II, Miltenyi Biotec, Germany). Segmentations (Imaris) of the intramural arteries in the bladder [superficial ventrolateral artery (SVLA), deep ventral arteries (DVA) and deep dorsal arteries (DDA)]. This demonstrates the stereotypical branching and location of these major arteries.
