Cleared lower abdomen and pelvis of adult C57Bl/6 male mouse perfused, intracardially with a DY649 conjugate of Tomato lectin and viewed with light sheet microscopy (Ultramicroscope Blaze, Miltenyi Biotec, Germany). Segmentations of vessels (Syglass) and organs (Imaris) demonstrating the origins of the vasculature supply of the urinary bladder in the context of the entire pelvis. In this visualization the left internal iliac is not shown. Red = vessels of the external supply (abdominal aorta, common iliac, internal iliac, urogenital artery); orange = vesicular arteries; yellow = intramural vessels of the bladder, i.e., deep dorsal artery (DDA), deep ventral artery (DVA) and superficial ventrolateral artery (SVLA).
