Simulated dataset of related tumour samples.

Reads were firsts simulated with ART then aligned with BWA and variants were spiked in with Bamsurgeon.

Truth variants were split into somatic (simulating a cancer like allele frequency distribution) and germline (actual sample germline variants at a 0.5 allele frequency)
