The Built Environments
Learning and Teaching (BEL+T) group at the University of Melbourne
(UoM) developed a relational framework for design learningand teachingonline. This framework can also be applied to teaching in other contexts.
The framework was developed in support of academic staff in the Faculty
of Architecture Building and Planning, and elsewhere, in the context of
COVID-19. The relational framework is graphically described by the DIAgram also designed by BEL+T.
This
DIAgram v1.0 shows a focus on twin student-centred aims (Learning Engagement, Belonging); the intersection of teaching activities (Delivery, Interaction, Assessment); and the necessity of effective organisation (Coordinated).
