'Documentary Meets' is an ongoing non-fiction film screening series curated by Emmett Aldred and Keva York, presented in partnership with Composite on the third Thursday of every other month. Corresponding to one of a rotating slate of topics relevant to the local calendar and community, each film has been chosen to engender awareness and incite conversation – about pride; sex work; colonisation, et al. – with guest speakers on hand to offer a viewing framework.
