Confocal images of untreated WK1, JK2, SB2b and PB1 cells stained with 1H10, 10G6 and LC3B for testing colocalisation. The images were taken on Zeiss LSM 900 microscope at 20X magnification. The brightness and contrast were adjusted in Adobe Illustrator. All panels show a single plane selected from the Z-stack. Scale bar represents 100 µm length.
