Confocal images of HGG cell lines (panel A-H) immuno-stained with anti-human mouse CT Receptor (mAb1H10), anti-human mouse CT_b Receptor (mAb10G6) and anti-human rabbit antibody against intracellular marker Rab11 (panel A-D) or Rab27a (panel E-H) primary antibodies followed by secondary antibodies (CT Receptor: anti-mouse IgG2A:AF568; CT_b Receptor: anti-mouse IgG1:AF563; Rab11: anti-rabbit:AF488).
