(A) Plasmid constructs designed for lattice light-sheet high resolution live cell imaging. These constructs were submitted to Twist Biosciences for production in pTwist CMV BetaGlobin WPRE Neo plasmid backbone. (B) Lattice light-sheet images of JK2 cell line transfected for 24 hr. as indicated (colour saturation was adjusted on Adobe Illustrator). Images were captured at 63X magnification at the beginning and then every 5 minutes post-treatment with 1 µM staurosporine.
