Fractals exist in all things, from the smallest elements of nature to the grandest patterns of the universe. Inspired by their inherent beauty, this work aims to unveil how patterns can influence the connections within our existence, providing a glimpse into the hidden connections that shape our human experience and the longing for individual identity
Following the theme and definition of fractals, their behaviour and infinite possibilities for existence, this iteration of the work proved that there are also infinite possibilities within the same choreographic concept. When changing dancers, expected outcomes and external forces, the same work can unveil a new pattern, similar to the last with new, yet familiar outcomes.
The impact and significance of this research output can be verified by those who were present for both iterations of the work, including Professor Carol Brown and Rheannan Port, who were both significant supporters during both outcomes. Both were present for the festical itself and witnessed the growth and outcome for the students progress and understanding of the work.
