The challenges of learning relationships in virtual space were explore by BEL+T in the development of the DIA framework and DIAgram in 2020 and 2021. This highlighted some particular challenges in the relationships of learners, teachers, virtual sites, virtual objects and environments for learning online. 


These challenges are represented in these diagrams, indicating the relationships of students, teachers, objects, sites and virtual learning environments for these activities.
