Supplementary Figure 1. Heatmap resulting from the LEfSe analysis showing differentially abundant ASVs between coral skeleton and tissue. In the map ASVs with log(LDA) >3 (Kruskal-Wallis test: p<0.05) were considered differentially abundant. Z-score identified ASVs with differentially abundant profiles generated through the LEfSe analysis.
