Biplots showing PCA of each coral species. Red dots and areas represent skeletal samples, while blue areas and samples represent tissue samples. Within each biplot are also reported the results of NPMANOVA analyses assessing differences in composition between the prokaryotic communities of skeleton and tissue of each coral species.
