Supplementary Figures for Manuscript Titled "Selective loss of levator ani and leg muscle volumes in men undergoing androgen deprivation therapy." This is data from a case-control study comparing men newly commencing ADT and prostate cancer controls followed from baseline to 12 months. The primary outcome was muscle function outcomes. Supplementary Figure 1 shows the relationship between levator ani muscle volume change (x axis) and change in other androgen-sensitive parameters (y – axis i.e. hemoglobin, hematocrit, sexual function, fat mass and lean mass) from 12 to 0 months as a percentage forming an xy point each. Supplementary Figure 2 is a plot of pairs of muscle function change (y-axis) and muscle volume change (x-axis) from 12 to 0 months as a percentage forming an xy point each.
