Quantitative PCR of CALCR mRNA extracted from three high-grade glioma cell lines (WK1, JK2 and SB2b) subjected to stress over time (BL, baseline; 2 hr, 5 hr, 8 hr, 16 hr, 24 hr and 30 hr) with 1 μM staurosporine. The qPCR panels were generated for CALCR_Total (A-C) and CALCR_b (D-F). There were no statistical differences in CALCR transcript steady state level across the treatment course (BL to 30 hr). The error bars represent SD from three individual experiments (n=3).
