Media 1 - Motor columns and pools in the cleared caudal spinal cord of the male rat

Download (65.02 MB)

Intact spinal cord containing segments T3 to S2 was immunolabelled and cleared via modified form of iDISCO. Motor neurons were immunolabelled via choline acetyltransferase (ChAT). Sample was imaged via ribbon scanning confocal microscopy. Data was visualized and motor neuron columns were manually segmented using Imaris (Bitplane).
