This research integrates a performance psychology strategy (centering) into a postgraduate health science curriculum. The initiative aligns with Melbourne ASE strategy, enhancing curriculum quality and supporting student success in high-stress environments. The study employed mixed methods (surveys, reflective journals, and interviews) to evaluate the impact of centering on students' anxiety, confidence, and resilience. Findings suggest improved focus, decreased anxiety, and better emotional regulation during clinical activities are possible outcomes of this initiative. The research shows potential to extend centering across disciplines, models stress management integration in clinical curricula, and provides evidence-based strategies for enhancing student resilience and performance.
