This presentation is an overview of my research on the link between brain tumours and memory. Brain cancer impairs cognition and is often fatal, yet memory recall may improve patient outcomes. My PhD explores how stimulating or inhibiting memory-related brain areas affects tumour growth using live mouse models, aiming to advance our neuroscience understanding before pre-clinical trials.
