Applications of Artificial Intelligence in Sequence Analysis

In this presentation I outline a number of projects which have applied Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to biological sequence analysis, including detection of remote protein homology and analysis of raw signal from nanopore DNA and RNA sequencing.
