Computer code and data for PvLDH modelling work

The files include all computer code and experimental & clinical data used for the publication "Characterisation of Plasmodium vivax lactate dehydrogenase dynamics in P. vivax infections". There is an instruction document detailing each of the files in different folders. The computer code includes the code for performing model fitting and result analysis as well as the code for producing main text and supplementary figures in the publication.
