Hybrid stimulation of retinal ganglion cells for vision restoration_calcium imaging data analysis

This folder provides MATLAB code and example data for analysing data collected using calcium imaging of retinal ganglion cells in the explanted rodent retina to a combination of electrical and optical stimulation.
