This interview schedule was used to guide interviews for this qualitative study. An interview schedule is a framework that includes questions and prompts to generate complex, nuanced thoughts and responses about the phenomenon of interest. This framework does not restrict the interview, rather it assists the researcher to be flexible and support the decision-making process about the flow of questions and when to pursue concepts in greater depth. One of the strengths of this technique is that the interview remains conversational, yet focused, rather than being rigid in structure.
