These 25 target collaboration skills were identified through Harrison (2019, 2022) and Rowlings research through the Next Level Collaboration social capacity building program. These are the skills that are essential for the development of transcultural collaboration problem solving skills, providing flexibility in how the skills are performed so that they can be taught in a culturally responsive and neurodiversity-affirming manner.
